Overview:

• We are a progressive team of individuals passionate about better ways to build and deliver technology.
• Our team is accountable supporting the delivery teams through Agile coaching, work management tools and collaborative development services.
• We are looking for people with a broad-minded mindset who are interested in facilitating Lean/Agile delivery across the enterprise.

Role:

• Deliver and support solutions that help internal delivery teams through work management, collaborative dev, and code analysis tools
• Develop and drive metrics for team delivery through in house and vendor based tools

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, relevant engineering, or related degree, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

• Are passionate about strong delivery practices and sharing that knowledge and passion with others?
• Are you a team player that knows how to lead, but can also take direction when in the presence of those with stronger talents and knowledge?

Skills:

Do you want to work on a team using scaled agile and scrum development methodologies?

• Agile Practices – Scrum and SAFe preferred
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management Tools (VersionOne or CA Agile Central, CA Agile Central preferred)
• JavaScript
