Data Analyst (i016)

Role:

• Develop business architecture using requirements such as such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risks.
• Analyze client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops and workflow analysis.
• Retrieving data from various database platforms, web service APIs, flat files etc., and applying data transformations and perform data cleansing operations.
• End-to-End Testing, System testing and integration testing using automated test scripts.
• Assist with defining, building, maintaining and continuously improving, Data Governance processes and procedures.
• Extensively worked on dashboards, stories, inventories and aggregated frameworks by using Tableau Desktop.
• Measure, track and meet SLA metrics for all incident and problem tickets.

Edu Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects
